King Fine Cleaners was founded in 2002 in Gulf Shores, Alabama as a local retail dry cleaner. After 10 years of military service followed by work in the semiconductor industry, Sean and Tiffany Chappell were looking to build a business that would be a part of their community. With enthusiasm Sean and Tiffany left the corporate world and purchased King Fine Cleaners. It immediately became a family business, as Sean’s wife, Tiffany joined the venture, overseeing the administration of the company, while Sean concentrated on the operations and sales. Together the Chappells continued to grow and expand the business while investing in new equipment, technologies and properties, eventually expanding to 4 retail locations. King Fine jumped in to the restoration services business in September 2004, after the catastrophe of Hurricane Ivan and became the local leader in fabric restoration. King Fine now serves an area that spreads from Panama City, Florida to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In 2007 King Fine Cleaners made a commitment to go “green”, supporting community environmental awareness by switching cleaning systems to the environmentally friendly Drysolv.

Building on its cleaning experience, King Fine Cleaners is creating a whole new company as a FRSTeam Licensee. This new fabric restoration company, FRSTeam by King Fine Cleaners, will be creating it’s own remarkable story as a separate operation from the retail dry cleaning business. “We are very comfortable with FRSTeam and their plan for future growth of a large nationwide network”, said Sean “People at FRSTeam are down to earth, but bring more credibility and a very high level of professionalism to the industry, which is great for growth!” resumed Sean. Courtney Nicholas, CEO of FRSTeam said, “FRSTeam by King Fine Cleaners, with their high quality local service and customer commitment are perfect for FRSTeam”. After completing training in the California Corporate Office, Sean Chappell returned to Foley to get the FRSTeam operation started. “Sean has all of the tools and support needed to succeed in this business,” continued Courtney.

FRSTeam licensees specialize in the restoration of clothing and other fabric related items damaged in a fire or water loss.
