Fabric Restoration Service Team, a national franchise specializing in restoration dry cleaning for the insurance industry is pleased to announce the winner of the inaugural FRSTeam Licensee Leader of the Year Award for 2007 as Jim and Lisa Hilker of FRSTeam by Hilker’s in North Carolina.
The FRSTeam Licensee Leader Award recognizes outstanding achievement of a licensee based on 10 measurable criteria from the FRSTeam model. In a ddition to phenomenal overall sales growth in their first year, the Hilker’s alsoserved as a positive role model and leader to other licensees. The licensee must also demonstrate the five guiding principals of the FRSTeam mission statement: Family, Integrity, Responsibility, Satisfaction, and Technology.
