| Custom Commercial and ASAP Dry Cleaning Join Forces Custom Commercial Fabric Restoration Services (CCFRS) announced that ASAP Dry Cleaning and CCFRS have joined forces in offering restoration dry cleaning services to the insurance industry. Through this collaboration, the insurance industry will benefit from improved pricing models, expanded coverage areas, and unprecedented customer service. In 2005, the two companies realized 30% growth, managing greater than 2,500 losses in the states of California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico and more. This is the first step in a larger expansion initiative. Until a new company name is announced, they will operate under the name of Custom Commercial Fabric Restoration Services. "Everything seemed right. Debbie Ginestar has a great reputation in this industry and she shares our passion for treating each insured with care, compassion, and expediency," said Courtney Nicholas, CEO, Custom Commercial Fabric Restoration Services. While Debbie will continue to be intimately involved in managing individual losses, she will also play a critical role in helping us expand our current and future offices. Her enthusiasm, entrepreneurial spirit, and wealth of knowledge regarding restoration dry cleaning make her an invaluable asset as we expand the business.""It was Custom Commercials size and family orientation that attracted me to them," said Debbie Ginestar, President, ASAP Dry Cleaning. They have been the customer service leader in this industry for a long time and combining forces seemed like a natural fit. The national dry cleaning networks had courted me, but our business philosophies differed. Jim and Courtney Nicholas have shown the utmost in integrity and professionalism and the growth possibilities seem endless. ASAP Dry Cleaning will move its equipment and personnel to operate as one in CCFRS 52,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art warehouse in Hayward, California. |
