Courtney Nicholas - CEO Courtney started with Custom Commercial Dry Cleaners in 1988. While managing the marketing and office divisions for the company, she completed her MBA at Cal State Hayward. She then served as the Chief Executive Officer of Custom Commercial Fabric Restoration Services for 15 years. As the Chief Executive of FRSTeam, Courtney oversees the operations of the Custom Commercial affiliate offices as well as the business and fiscal management of FRSTeam. Jim Nicholas - President Jim started with Custom Commercial Dry Cleaners in 1991 after graduating from the University of California at Davis. For 12 years he served as the director of Operations for Custom Commercial. As President of FRSTeam, Jim heads Licensee development and coordinates Licensee recruitment and training. Jim also works with the Licensee Advisory Committee to provide insight, assistance, and direction on matters of FRSTeam Licensee policy. Ryan Meekma - Vice President/Director of Training Ryan joined Custom Commercial Dry Cleaners in 1992 after his graduation from Cal State Hayward. He works out of the Custom Commercial Affiliate office in Washington. For the past 10 years, Ryan has served as the Northwest Regional Manager for Custom Commercial. As the Director of Training for FRSTeam, Ryan provides developmental support and specialized training workshops to FRSTeam managers and sales staff. Holly Murry - Vice President/Regional Director Holly is based in the Custom Commercial Affiliate office in Colorado. She joined the company in 1995 and has served as the Southwest Regional Manager for the past 6 years. As a Regional Director, Holly provides operational support and training for FRSTeam Licensees. She also serves as a key member of the FRSTeam National Sales Team. Lenny Towle - Director of Business Development Lenny started his career working for Oracle Corporation. He left Oracle in 1995 to join the start-up frenzy of the high tech industry to build integrated collateral, public relations, direct mail, advertising, tradeshows, and sales support programs for high tech brands including: Dell, Oracle, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, Siebel Systems, and HP. In 2003, he left the high tech industry and joined the insurance industry. He’s been with FRSTeam for 6 years.
